STRIPED TOP & BLAZER

Today I want to share with you some pictures from Pienza. Pienza is a small town situated in the southern part of Tuscany which is a rare example of Renaissance town building. It's not just a beautiful town with spectacular panoramic views but it is also famous for its Pecorino cheese, my favorite Italian cheese! What is more, it is situated between the towns of Montepulciano and Montalcino which are especially well known for their wines and are certainly worth a visit. We go there every September. Visiting these towns situated on the Tuscany hills means you have to walk up and down a lot, so the outfit has to be comfortable, especially the shoes. I really like the blazer and oxford shoes combo. A striped top and jeans are the musts in my luggage so this outfit could be called my travel uniform.

PUGLIA TRAVEL DIARY

Just back from our last trip of this summer. It's a bittersweet feeling as I am always happy to come home as well as a little bit sad that summer is ending. Anyway, as you might have noticed on Instagram or Facebook, I've spent one week in the south of Italy. We went to Puglia, more precisely to Gargano Promontory which is sometimes called the spur on the heel of Italy’s boot.

BOYFRIEND JEANS & LACE TOP

Last weekend we went to Tuscany, which is my absolutely favorite region in Italy. I love all these little towns, full of cute shops and restaurants. I was wearing my beloved boyfriend jeans paired with lace top and oxfords to stay comfy.

BLACK MIDI DRESS

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We went to Florence this weekend. It's my favorite city here in Italy since the very first time I saw it. Summers in Florence are very hot so I've chosen to wear this light belted midi dress. I styled it with my old but comfy lace wedges, mini cross-body bag and colorful sunnies. What do you think about this look?

READY FOR SUMMER

Happy Friday! This post is not about showing you some outfit or styling, it's all about sharing happy moments. I do love those days I can stay by the sea, keep my hair as it is, any make-up, a little white dress is just perfect for the occasion, sunglasses, bare feet and of course a good company: that's all I need! These moments make me smile when I think about, these moments give me energy, these moments make me think that life is beautiful! I wish you a happy weekend!

SEASIDE

Happy Tuesday! Last weekend we spent by the sea. I love the seaside in this period. The beach is almost empty because it's still too cold to take sun, you can only meet people making sport or long walks or playing with their dogs. Our Dafne is so happy every time we go there, she loves to run, play and make new friendships!

My outfit is always super comfy for these occasions so I can run and play with Dafne. I was wearing my favorite boyfriend jeans (you could also see here), striped top, leather jacket and sneakers.

FALL LAYERS and WRAP SKIRT

Layers. When the temperature drops, layering is the key to looking stylish while staying warm. I have some simple rules for layering: I always start with a basic, lightweight top. Then I usually add another layer such as a soft cardigan or sweater. The next layer is a jacket or coat and at the end I add a scarf (not always as you see). My advice is to play with texture. If you use all of the same fabrics, your look will come off as heavy.

By the way, we took these pictures in Venice last weekend! I always love coming back to Venice, it's so beautiful even if it was a little bit cold. Anyway, layers saved me!

BLUE SHADES

Blue is probably one of my favorite colors. So when I saw this Zara skirt on sale few weeks ago, I had no doubt - I want it! I styled it with denim shirt (denim never goes wrong!) and another piece from Zara: blue (again!) bag.

LACE AND DENIM

Black and white. Lace and waxed denim. Romantic and edgy. This is what I wore our first day in Tuscany (yeah I wasn't keeping the order, you've already seen our second day here). We spent this day in spectacular Pienza which is famous for its delicious pecorino cheese (which is my absolutely favorite of all Italian cheeses).

MY DRESS IS A JUNGLE, JUNGLE

Hey beauties! Hope you had a beautiful weekend! My weekend was fantastic! As I've mentioned on a previous post, we went in Tuscany. Tuscany is probably my favorite region here in Italy and I am always happy to come there. This time we went to Siena, Pienza, Montalcino and other little villages near by. ESCAPE

Hi loves! Hope your summer is going great! My last two weeks were amazing. I spent a lot of time with my boyfriend, we went to Croatia, in the mountains, by the sea. We were also celebrating my birthday 2 days ago and everything was perfect!

Happy Monday! Hope your weekend was good! This time we decided to visit some little towns near Bologna. They are super cute, quite and people are friendly. It was sunny and hot! I was wearing my beloved lace skirt styled with pastel shirt and accessories.

Hello! How was your weekend? We went by the lake this time. Lake Suviana is an artificial lake surrounded by a pine forest. This place reminds me of my country. I don't even feel I am still in Italy when I am there...
